re;
I would happily settle to see a DH88 (or two) fly into Elvington and take a trip up the run way with a Mossie – be tricky to see a DH88, Mosquito and DH106 comet together that would be a sight!

Nice to see, but not yet quite a rollout.
More of an airing and a washdown before back inside for completion.
A little way to go yet.
Meanwhile, over at MoTAT the Australian-built Mosquito T Mk 43 NZ2305 has completed static restoration and is now on public display in their new hangar complex.

Wonder what that set him back?
Pity no well-heeled UK enthuiast cares enough build one…or would the CAA not allow it to fly if he did?

With the backdrop it could almost be Elvington.
Congratulation guys on your achievement hopefully we will have a live Mossie here in the Uk by mid 2012 sadly not airworthy but otherwise fully functional.
Again well done guys.
