Ten years ago? I did.
It’s about that long since Dad and I visited Glynn’s East Tamaki facility with the Royal Aeronautical Society and it seemed confident then that he could do it. I was fairly convinced. This has been a long time in the making.

You realy do have something special to look forward to then. I only saw the uk example once and that was flying with the dh88 at old warden. Sadly i have mislayed my photos of that, but someone else on another tread added there photos.

In my case, as they say “you don’t miss what you’ve never had” ,but I am looking forward to seeing this one fly indeed. I’ve only ever seen static Mossies.

Good good. It will be so nice to see a Mosquito flying again. Im sure we all sorely miss that lovely sight and sound.

It is intended to fly Ollie, along with several others planned to roll out of Glynn Powell’s workshops in the future. Once complete this one will be going to the USA.
