Museum of D-Day Aviation Auction

Does anyone know what happened to the Typhoon cockpit under restoration at Shoreham during the recent auction? For that matter did anyone on the Forum purchase any Typhoon artifacts there?

What was noticeable was the speed with which a load of stuff from the sale appeared on eBay.

Clearly bought by a real aviation enthusiast then 😡

Tony Dyer posted summat on the forum about that auction just a day or two after it happenned. He seemed to think the Typhoon cockpit had gone to a French buyer.
