According to Don Evans “The Long Drag” the RAF used Mk1 Mustangs in the TT role…any other information or photos (with or without TT gear) of the ‘known’ examples AG386, AG561, AG618 and AP168?

And while we are on the subject…are there any close up/detail pics/tech orders around showing the TT frame fitted to the lifting tube of RCAF (and some USAF/ANG) Mustangs? Known RCAF examples are 9233/GM.Y, 9234/GM.X of No 1 Flying Training School at Centralia, Ontario, 9224/AW.N of No 429 City of London Auxiliary Squadron and 9559/QJ.599 (unit unknown). Plenty of long shots…no close ups.
