My design

What do you think of my design? The rotor locks in place to function as a wing, and the blades slide back during high speeds, like an F-14. The blades would also have to rotate 180 degrees in order for the proper surface to face down for lift to be produced. So it is capable of hovering like a helicopter, and it is capable of high subsonic speeds. It is also stealthy, and carries its weapons internally. It can fly using its rotor, its turbofan, or a combination of both. Due to the low surface area of the rotor blade/wing I added canards and a big tail for more lift and control surfaces.
