My first An 124

I spotted a low flying An 124 in the area of Leicester, Uk this afternoon (30th January). Its the first one I’ve ever seen, so i felt rather privileged 😀

Anyone know what she was doing in the area, where she was flying from?

I have a suspicion it may be Bruntingthorpe, but i am not sure.

I only thought of Bruntingthorpe as it was the closest place with a runway, but then again it might not be long enough for this bird!

Polet, RA-82075, into EMA and then out to TLS at approx 17:00 today (31st), yesterday was VDA, RA-82044, went to Tripoli

I doubt it very much out of Bruntingthorpe! :rolleyes: Most likely out of EGNX (Nottingham East Midlands or whatever you call it these days) 😀
