Here are my first set that I think are worth showing
As a completre novice with an Fuji S5100 comments would be most welcome

The odd thing about photography of any serious or semi-serious kind is that generally as much effort goes into getting a good shot after it’s actually been taken (in the editing stage) as goes into getting the shot in the first place!
I hope you don’t mind, but I did a very quick, basic edit of your Air France Airbus shot. I just cropped it, adjusted the levels, contrast, brightness, saturated the colours a touch more and sharpened it a little.
I’m more than happy to send you a rough step by step guide to basic editing in Photoshop if you like. Just send me a PM and let me know.
