Thanks again, it’s a finePix S3000. This is my first picture that I got the aircraft in the middle of the photo, I normaly miss of the nose
Britannia, you and I have the same camera. It took me almost 8 months to figure out how to use it as best as I could.
Point the camera at the moving aircraft and push the button down half way (and hold it). You can move the camera about to catch up with the moving aircraft and once satisfied, push the button all the way and it captures it quite nicely, allowing you to get even closer.
Nice photos! 😀

There ya go! Much better, just try and keep the photo slightly more square looking (ie. not too narrow) and voila 🙂

Britannia: When you take the photos so big that gives you lots of room to crop. You could probably crop that Lufthansa one to make it feel most of the frame, and still keep it at about 800×600 pixels
Hows this 🙂 🙂

RIPConcorde: No, as far as I know West Air Sweden are still going strong, if anyone can confirm? They convert their own ATP’s to the cargo version, and I think these are the only Cargo ATP’s in the world.

P.S. Britannia, do you have msn?
No, sorry 🙁 🙁 🙁

Hey Dan, I though that the airline operating the ATP there, had gone bust? Obviously not it would seem.
By: Britannia - 25th April 2004 at 22:01
Well it’s 3 mgapixels on my camera and when I put them on my computer there are about 2000 x 1000, very big

Great Photo wannabe, Here’s one of my rubbish ones:( 🙁

Great picture, yes I know it’s very hard! Especially when you have a really slow focus like on mine. Once you get it a few times though, you tend to be able to get it a lot more often after.
