My sister critically ill due to medical Blunder..

I would not normally post such a personal and heartfelt message but i am at the end of my tether here, Part filled with rage and anger part filled with fear part with confusion.
On Sunday my sister who is diabetic and has been for 15 years went into the local hospital in croydon, Due to having a infection and rash on her legs and private area, She was put into Emergency assessment unit and given insulin and Anti-biotics. Then at 8am yesterday morning they stopped all treatment gave no insulin or anti-biotics at all and did not fill in any information on her report log, She was left without insulin or anyother drugs for 10 hours until she collapsed while trying to use the toilet, She had a lot of discharge from the infection and we since found out that the type of insulin she was getting at first NEEDS to be given every hour unlike type she uses normally.
She is now in intensive care with a resperator breathing for her the infection is rife in her body she is septic and has whats known as Keytone acidosis, She has wire and drips running everywhere from her and is sedated, Her condition is not greatly inproving as i fear we are losing her, She is only 22.

Until 5 weeks ago she had her diabetis in control and was not having any problems that many diabetics get, Then they decided to change her insulin the first type left her blood with sugar levels in the 20s when she was normally 7, Last night she was 33 higher than even the Doctor in intensive care had seen.
We are praying she will pull through this and will not have any ill effects afterwards, But i can not believe a modern hospital can have let this happen, She my other sister and myself always blamed them for the loss of my father 4 1/2 years ago when he got a infection after a knee replacement and also went septic he was unable to fight it off and passed away on 9th December 2000, I am a total loss people as are all my family.
