My Village Team

Yeovil Town, who I have watched for over 40 years, from the days of the famous sloping pitch (where Tesco now stands in Yeovil) have won promotion to the championship. I couldn’t go today but was able to listen on the radio. I think it’s a remarkable achievement for such a small club. I know there aren’t many footy fans on here but if there are any that follow any other championship teams I look forward to seeing you at Huish Park. If anyone does fancy coming down next season remember you can make a day of it and go to the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton, well worth a visit. If you are coming to a game pm me a day or two before if you fancy meeting up. I could show you around the museum before the game.
