Mystery aircraft at Halmstad, Sweden today

I found this “spy plane” lurking in the corner of the RSwAF base at Halmstadt today, it appear to be identified PP-XJU.
I am sure that at least one of you experts can tell me more about it!
All I can see is that it’s carrying the Ericssoneye (?) radar on top.
