This was taken at Duxford on 28/4/95. Can anyone supply an ID for it? Can’t be G-BOML, as I have other pix of her taken same day, & it isn’t the same aircraft.

If I use ‘Paint’ to erase the pillar, to show the spinner would that help, or would the roof fall in? 😀

There was a crude dummy wooden nose with G-BWUE when it arrived at Breighton, from Duxford. I remember seeing someone leave with it, fancied it myself – for my pushbike! Rats!

Definitely – the spinner is behind the pillar which makes it a little indistinct.

‘G-BWUE’ with dummy nose fitted.

It looks very much like it Geoff,I’ve a feeling it was put on for a film role, although I can’t remember which film it was used in.
As for the Belgian marked Spit,it’s almost certainly RN201,HFL’s high backed Mk.XIV.

I think it is G-BWUE (or N9939? as it was then).
At one point it had a dummy Daimler-Benz nose!

Yes it was, but as I said in my post, I have photos of another Bouchon taken the same day at DX, which I’ve marked at the time as G-BOML, and it isn’t the same a/c as this one.

Could it be G-BWUE now with the Real Aeroplane company?
However wasn’t G-BOML under rebuild during this period too?
Cheers

Also taken at Duxford on the 28/4/95. An easier one to ID I think!
