Mystery Control Unit

Does anybody recognise this Control Unit, please?

I have cleaned off the paint at the top edge, it was obscuring the wording ‘Control Unit 4620, Ref No. 10L/16401’.

What aircraft and what system? It looks very ‘Vulcanish’ to me!

My information says its part of ARI 5890 for ASV21 and covered in AP 2890G.
