NA P-51D Mustang 44-63542 1944 service history?

Hi

Can anyone please give me any information on this Mustang 44-63542 supposed service history with the 15th USAAF in the mediterranean theatre in December 1944?. Anyone know who flew it and if it has any combat history.

The aircraft is c/n 122-31268 and currently registered as N51HR.
