Name it and you can have it.

I was recently given a photo of what I believe to be a US aircraft. I have no idea where or when it was taken and the inscription on the back indicates that the photograper didn’t know what it was either (see title of this thread).

I started to do a Google search but quickly gave up, too many manufacturers and too many different aircraft and maybe even too many countries of origin. I only assumed it to be US.

Someone out there must be able to put me out of my misery…..Any ideas?
