Name that Plane.

As it’s easy, no prize for guessing. (Answers at the end if you don’t think it is)

I had an LED Light Panel attached to my camera instead of a flash unit. I was trying to get away from a bright centre and black shadows that you can get with a flash unit.

First thought when I saw the Comet cockpit – “Wow, this must have been really expensive to make”.

Great photography!

The York has the overhead throttles ! So must be the Hermes centre and Comet at bottom

Very nice Brian!

I was thinking Hastings for the second one, so Hermes can’t be far off!

Comet ‘DB I recognise, having worked on board as an aircraft attendant in my teens. The York was an easy guess given the shape of the cockpit framing, but I didn’t know it was wooden!

Fantastic images, cockpits can be a a swine to capture well, but you and the LED thingy have done so perfectly!
Nice to see that the flight decks are so complete, especially the unique Hermes survivor.
