The problem is that I don’t actually have a product to sell.

But if there was interest just maybe I could start a company that could start to produce this stuff.

I refrase my question ( if you don’t mind ); Do you ( a reader ) have a certain itch to get a better aviation “lumber” that is available today ?

So is anyone interested to buy this wood composite ( 30 X stronger than wood ) that enables you to build a wing ( spars for instance ) thin like in F-104 and stealthy like in Horten H-229 and superlite like in Libelulla ?

It was used in Heston J-5 and HK-1, but is twice as strong now.

Aren’t Jablo propeller blades an example of this type of technology?

Wood has been used as a composite in motorsport for many years – the trade name ‘Mallite’ was used in a number of moncoque applications in the same way as it was on the DH Mosquito.

If Tim Moore is reading this ( or reachable via you ) tell him that I have managed to produce 1400 kg/m3 dense wood composite with fairly simple method ( 2015-2017 ). Wood composite is lot stronger than aluminium…and some even as strong as steel…and 1/6th of the weight.

If memory serves me correctly, Tim Moore of Skysport, was looking into building a replica, but unfortunately, he couldn’t find anyone to fund the build.
