Naples Air Center

Hi all. While looking over the Naples Air Center website NAC I couldnt help noticing the unbelievably cheap prices they charge for Part 61 FAA courses, in comparison to the Part 141. I was not aware that the difference between the two were so large.
The Commercial pilot course for instance is only $2360, with another $5230 for a seperate IR, but under Part 141, it is almost $20k, and lots more hours as well.

Can anyone explain the catch, or qwhat they arent telling us, as this seems too good to be true?

All help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Johnny

Think you’ve answered it yourself – lots more hours therefore lots more money……
