Naples/Manchester timetable

Hello,

We’ve just booked a holiday with Portland Direct (part of thomson I think) to Sorrento. The flight details state:
16th July 07- Dep 14:20 Manchester, Arr 18:30 Naples. 30th July 07-Dep 19:30 Naples, Arr 21:35 Manchester

There’s no flight number, but I looked on the MAN webiste and timetable and only Thomsonfly fly to Naples on Mondays but at 07:00. Could it be a mistake on the operators behalf or are there any other planned flights to NAP that day?
Any info regarding would be great.

Thanks for the replies. We’ve had a letter from Portland confirming that we are on flight TOM3053 that departs MAN at 14:20. I hope it is a 737, as it’ll be a nice change from Airbus A320’s and 757’s.

It is possible that the flight could be timed for 14:20, but a Naples flight was operated by Thomsonfly last year and went out at 06:00 every Monday as TOM2133 and was operated by a B737-300.

It could be a mistake on Portland Direct’s part. However, it may not be, but if your flight is timed as it’s said in your confirmation expect the flight to be operated by Thomsonfly and expect a 733.

That will most likely be a summer charter which haven’t been released yet. The same happened to me when I was going to Corfu!
