napster (off topic)

Hi everybody,

I’ve got a small problem. I’ve got a napster account and i download a lot of mp3’s. Question: can they punish me for downloading and writing it on cd’s for own use here in belgium?
Record companies already declared war today (with the same words as they say it) on everyone who’s making illegal copies of songs. Everybody does something wrong once, but can they send me to jail 🙂 ?
