NATO Naval Airwing?

Does anybody think a joint NATO Naval Airwing would be a good idea? One of the American Carriers could serve as the host. The UK says whatever version of the F-35 will have to operate with the French and American Navys. Member Nations without Carrier Aircraft could still suppy pilots as many do now on exchanges anyways….
