Hello all,
Despite continuing promises for better weather it remained boringly dull gray over here. A bit like the average colour schemes of the last decade. However on the bright side there were some colourful spots in the sky. And also on the positive side it was a long time ago that I saw a landing party that took about 50 minutes to land. I gave it a try last Friday. I hope you all like the selection.
Personally I liked the Turkish Falcons very much. As always any comments are always welcome.
Happy spotting, Pieter

Hi wiseman,
Is this what you had in mind?

I always keep the file small to make it easy to see them. Haven’t a clue if there is something of a preferred size? At least in pictures that is. Is there an webmaster who has an opinion on that? Anybody?
Love to hear any comments, Pieter

The French Mirage sticks out. Great shots, thank you. I would have loved to see them a little larger though… say 900pix.
I agree… since the mid 90’s low vis gray became pretty much the standard and the Tigers did not push their paint schemes too far. The 80’s were more colorful.

Hi Seafuryfan,
No Puma’s this year, to bad. Not much choppers at all this NTM. One Mi-35 and 2 AB212AM and no special colour scheme.
With gray F-16’s, gray Tornado’s, gray Harriers, gray Herculeses, gray Grippens etc. I really mis the 80’s camo paterns. And I must admit I got a bit spoiled for colours with a trip to Japan earlier this year.
Anyway have fun spotting, Pieter

Thanks for the photo report, Padidiver. You must have been lucky in the variety of aircraft schemes to think these ones are boring! I’m quite impressed myself. Was there a Tiger Puma there this year?
