Naval Aircraft ???

I am sure this will be easy for someone ! Amongst a small photo collection I have recently had access to is this photo, the bulk of these photos are Fairey Barracudas, see elsewhere, this was amongst them, what is it ???
It seems to be of interest to the crew ! unless they are all very bored with life onboard ???
