I don’t know of any breaking facility but, one route might be to Google ‘Showman’ or, ‘Showmans Guild’. Fairground operators still use large numbers of Fodens, ERF’s, Seddons, Thorneycrofts and the like. Gardners are used as generators. I think that showmen have their own in house magazine.
