Needed: The Battle of Britain Anniversary Air Show Gold or Silver pass

I am flying from the USA to see the IWM/BOB airshow next month and only have a standard pass. Is there a ticket resell agent in the UK that might possibly sell tix? Or if anyone on this forum has a pass I will buy it.

I have watched eBay but none have come up for sale yet.

Thanks,

Scott

Another point if the Gold pass is wanted for priority parking, which is the normal museum car park, this isn’t really necessary as as long as you arrive early and do not want to leave early then standard parking is fine. For Legends arrived at 07:30 and drove straight in. Left as late as possible and had very little wait to get out. People with families tend to leave early and get clogged up.

Paul – just a quick clarification. Not sure that TFC have an enclosure at the September show…..:)

Thanks for that Charlie. Have deleted incorrect info. Was of course thinking of Legends.

Yes that’s as Paul posted but my query was the TFC enclosure….

Friends of TFC will not have an enclosure at the September show. There will. of course. be a sales outlet.

Yes by joining Friends of Duxford you get your deduction on the air show ticket back by paying a reduced joining fee on the day and as mentioned you get he enclosure with all the facilities, and you can feel good about contributing funds direct to IWM Duxford!

Cannot help with specific request but consider joining Friends of Duxford (FOD) on the day, you will get the entrance paid for that day reduced to FOD price and have access to the FOD enclosure with free soft drinks and coffee and biscuits. Contribution appreciated. Enclosure is half seated. Food readily available from vendors but, if there, recommend the Pimms BBQ or the cafe BBQ over others.

We had the Gold enclosure last airshow but will not be doing that again, in our view not remotely worth the money.

. FOD you have to pay for flightline.

If possible also come on the Friday before the air show you will not be disappointed. If you join FOD entrance is free on all none event days. You can join on arrival use the fast track door on extreme right of entrance.
