Net Rumours

Is it true that the so-called “Rivet Joint” aircraft is part of a deal whereby we get a pile of junk not up to the job for cheap. We also have to hand over our best spy-ware to the Yanks AND train their personnel on its use into the bargain?
Surely, this is just rumours? Isnt it?
If not this would be a national scandal of epic proportions.
