You know I sit here writing this tonight thinking of where I will be in a few years time and how I would like to fly r/w as a career move maybe but the problem being I don’t have the money, and that I might have to wait for a couple of years until I do, have any of you ever windered about another licence when you were in the middle of doing one, and does any one have a r/w licence in this board, I like the idea of learning to fly r22’s but I dont like the idea of learning the basics again, is it me going mad, I am happy with what I am doing but it is always wanting more, I ask if it is just a phase and if when I get my goal it will move on to another flying aspect.
When I took a trial lesson in a f/w it was a joyful event.
When I took a trial lesson in a r/w and my father watched me from the centres balcony coming into land in that hover, I almost had tears in my eyes, what do you think?
Oh and yes the oxford navagation c.d is very good, so much more easy than the book, I wonder if I could pass the exam just with the c.d and not reading the book, what do you lot think?
(Remember it is the same content but just in a different form)

buy the PPL Confuser, it is a must, if you struggle with the exams then you have to buy this.During my training I often wondered about having my licence, I often wondered about doing my QCC, could I, would I ever achieve it, could I do it, it seems so close, yet so far away, but when the time comes you cope with it and you do it and you achieve.
Its the same with my CPL, Im starting my ATPL’s very soon and wonder if Im academically capable, I took an Open University Mathmatics course last year and passed with 95%, this was just to dampen my fear of failure, to me, at 30 years old failure is not an option, should I have done my ATPs when I was 18? hell yes, did I realise what I wasnt doing by not realising my dreams since I was 7 years old? hell no, I met my wife when I was 18, Im now 30 with a child on the way and a hefty mortgage, I have a PPL but it isnt enough, so is the path ahead going to be easy? is there going to be more ups than downs? hell no, but I dont wanna get to 45 years old and say to myself, DAMN I WISH I tried, Id ratehr be in a position to say to people who have failed (and I wish these to be few and far between) that Ive been there, done that, and got coffee stains on the tea-shirtD.
Yes I do have the PPL confuser and it does help, I have had it since day one, and it is helping me through my training, navagation is going quite well, so all I can do is study and pass and if I don’t I will eat my hat!
