New antennas in Su-35BM, Is't new IFF?

Hi,,
I noticed a new aerials -Hokey type- in the new flanker Su-35BM . The aerials are located just under forward section of the fighter beneath the cockpit

, and the other one just under tail “spike”

Those two locations used to be a regular locations for russian IFF triangle antenna “Parol”. Are those antennas represent a new generation of IFF systems in russian air force and air defense ? or they are just part of new ESM/ECM system?

It to noticed that, the usual Parol IFF triangle antenna is not seen in the new Su-35BM photos released recently .
