New Book from Bob Ogden?

It appears that Bob Ogden author of the esteemed ‘Museum Collection booklets’ and editor of ‘Preserved and Derelict’ in Air Britain News has a interesting past…

According to the new ‘Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince’ (Ok I admit it, I am an adult who reads Children books!) a man with exactly the same name used to head up the ‘Department of Magical Law Enforcement”..

This begs 2 questions:

a) Is JK Rowling a fan of his books and ‘borrowed’ his name?
b) Are we going to be expecting Dragons and Broomsticks to be added to the next edition of his tomes?
