As it doesn’t have a tilt screen, In the short time I’ve had it I’ve only used my Sony SLT-A35 (the one with the fixed translucent mirror and electronic view finder) with a big zoom lens attached to it. So to rectify the situation I dug out my little used Sony 16-80mm F3.5 lens with the Carl Zeiss glass in it, rather than my more usual 11-18mm wide angle, and plonked it on the front of the A35. On Friday, while waiting for the Skyraider wing to turn up, I had a wander around clicking away and trying out the various functions available on the A35. These are all Jpeg images as no doubt Adobe will make the A35 RAW converter only available in Elements 10, whenever that comes out and I’ve only recently uploaded E9.

Is the firefly going to remain static or become a flyer?
I think it will become a flyer – it has been registered G-CGYD on 02-Sep-2011.
More details HERE.
