New Doctor Who

Hello,

there is a review of the new Doctor Who series, one episode features Winston Churchill, and the reveiw contains the following comment:

“The expected impressive special fx – spitfires dogfighting in space. “

No doubt this will lead to the usual comments on historical accuracy.

Cheers

Jeremy Clarkson at the South Pole ? was he driving the bus ?

No flying a Privateer to the moon. But James May was navigating… 😀

Preferably a fast melting one 😀

In how many other forums can you move seemlessly from Doctor Who to Jeremy Clarkson on an ice-floe?:D

No, twin tail fins. The bus only has a single.

Sci fi is not nonsense, it allows dramatic story telling and inspires readers and viewers to consider areas which traditional fiction never ventures into.

Are you being a bit sarky, too?;) If not we’ll agree to differ.:)

If it’s Doctor Who, how relevant is historical accuracy, anyway. It’s all sci-fi nonsense so it it hardly matters, does it?
