& yes, some blithering muppet did ****** up the paint on the nose by mis-using a buffer to remove overspray & create a wad of holograms in the finish, haven’t had a chance to remedy that yet

Believe me, it still has that *Duxford T2* smell to it. We’ve almost managed to get it oil tight, barely a drip escapes it now. 3Bond 1104 is the secret 😉

So far this year it’s had:
New paint

Oil shut-off valves

Linked valve covers for the scavange system

Pre-oil & scavage system pumps

O2 system
Autopilot
Fire sensor/suppression system
New brakes/tires

Rerouted blower drains so the pilot can see when 100LL is pissing out & prevent this:

Dummy cannons in the wings

.50cal shrouds in the snout

I’m sure theres more that I’m forgetting..
