New fora?

How about asking Key to start up some new fora?

We could have the ‘see who has the coolest smilie’ forum.

How about the ‘giggle giggle cos’ that might be rude’ forum?

Or, the ‘Let’s waste everyone else’s time’ forum.

Did I mention the ‘coolest smilie’ forum?

Hey, how about the ‘Let’s swear and say naughty words to people because they don’t know who I am’ forum?

Alternatively, those that are starting the type of threads described above could just go to bbc.co.uk/cbeebies. Unless of course that is beyond their intellectual grasp…..

Roll on the end of the holidays, but don’t forget we’ve got the six week one to come.:(

Robbo.

Key stage 3? No they’re generally very good. I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot about commercial aviation on the holiday coach forum, quite a bit from some of the younger members. However its decline has been serious enough for me to start a couple of threads to try and correct the situation. Consideration for others and an open invitation are the two that come to mind. I know I’m far from the only one who is fed up of the ‘kindergarten mentality’ which seems to prevail at the moment. Things are coming to a head, a bit like a boil really. the next few days may prove interesting.

“GCSE’s, that’s when they actually count for something”

Hmmmm… depends how far you want to go intellectually…. I’m in a degree… and GCSE’s mean absolutely nothing… completely worthless… they may have had a slight benefit in giving me an insight into what A-levels to do…. but before the GCSE exam’s I’d already made up my mind what I was gonna do… so naturally… I didn’t bother revising for them… and came out just fine!!

Already cacking yourself over Key Stage 3?! Ahah I wouldn’t if I were you. As I said, wait til you get to your GCSE’s, that’s when they actually count for something! Key Stage 3 is mainly just to assess how good the schools and the teachers are, not the individual pupils.

Well I think the National average is only around level 5/6 in all subjects, so it should be ok. It’s when you get to your GCSE’s that you start cacking yourself 🙁

Ahah Key Stage 3! What a doss, I wouldn’t get yourself too worked up about them! They mean absolutely nothing anyway, i got level 8 in Maths then level 7 in Science in English, the best you can get, do you think it’s ever gonna make a difference to my life?!
