New Goodyear Blimp @ Cardington 19/03/11

I wasn’t sure which sub-forum to put this in but they are definitely images of a civil aircraft, so I figured Civil Aircraft Images 🙂

Great shots 🙂 I really wanna get over there to see it. Today my eczema is playing up so never got to make the best of the good weather. I was lucky and saw a virgin balloon fly over my area today though.

Mind you, speaking of the cardington hangars, I took this back in June..

I love those hangars too. I’ve got loads of airshipless pics of them, but when I heard there was one there and saw the weather this morning I couldn’t resist.

Wow! Those hangers are awesome. And the blimp looks good too. I remember well when the original Goodyear airship came to Biggin Hill in the 70’s.

How supurb is that !!!! Thank you for posting those …. I love those hangars and you have added a very interesting airship to enhance them 🙂
