New Gulf A340

Loving all the new Gulf Air Designs — very nice! 🙂

A330Crazy Is this a brand new A340

Its the “old” A340 which flies from Bahrain via Abu Dhabi and sometimes Muscat. The other A340 which is seen alot flying into LHR is the a/c with the blue 50 year c/s

I like how they painted the engine cowlings, are the A330’s like this?

Yes the cowlings are painted the same. It makes a brilliant contrast.

This is the c/s for the new Gulf-Traveller

Is this a brand new A340 or is it one of the former SIA 340’s that have been sitting in Hamburg for the past few months.

The were about 4 or 5 I think 340’s that is that were all supposed to go to Air Switzerland, who never actually got anywhere. 🙁 Shame, as the had a nice livery and a nice DO.328 too.
