The first movie was amazing, I hope the second is just as good. I love it! I thought it was going to be crap but it was top class! Good stuff!

maybe his friends got there before the bug had time to cut his up? but i would expect that troopers can be cut into little bits as even HF has that in it.

Yeah, except I’m disappointed that the fallen trooper on the left hand side isn’t cut up into little pieces. Where’s the gore?

actually, the game i was refering to was a FPS based more on the first film. saw it in one of the PC gaming mags. (cant remeber the name 🙁 )

There is a fantastic new game coming out based on SST- and not like the horrible RTS version released by MicroProse about a year back.
If you get PC Gamer in the UK, check out the preview/scoop in the february 2004 issue. Will be released in Fall 2004 by empireinteractive (check out their website). Looks fantastic, and true to the movie.

Very old story. They know their level of audience, then.

Cmon, it’s a low budget movie (maybe a few millions). I haven’t seen it, but have seen screencaps, and it looks low budget and special effects are corny. They tailor to the special effects by keeping all the troopers confined in a base, and there’s this bug that bites them and mutates them into bugs? so it’s a cheap take on The Thing.

I meant, the one cast member who is returning- she doesn’t play the same character, since the last one had her legs crushed.
Not technically out yet.:)
