LV-X246 the long time for sale Magister arrived at Henstridge yesterday via Belgium and Shoreham. Belived to be allocated G-CILJ? Lets hope the new owners actually show it off as airworthy Miles aircraft, that actually visit places, are as rare as hens teeth in the south!

It’s a shame that there wasn’t room enough in the shipping container for the poor old GA Gygnet that, for decades, has been stuffed and mounted as a gate guardian by the Aero Club Colón near Buenos Aires, Argentina (q.v. https://www.key.aero/forum/historic-aviation/143541-general-aircraft-cygnet – its a pity that the hyperlinks there no longer work).
I have just corrected a problem with the hyperlinks in that thread.

Sadly going to be based in the Czech Republic. I see the Hawk G-ADWT has departed to Germany. Luckerly got to see it in the hangar at White Waltham but never any where else.

And almost non-existent in the north! A visit to her old stomping ground at Montrose would be much appreciated ?. Great news that we have another airworthy example in the UK.
