Has anyone sampled the variety of six new flavours Walkers have released, after suggestions by the public? After a vote, one will be made permanent.
I tried them out and here are my thoughts:
Builders Breakfast: 8/10
Cajun Squirrel: 7/10
Chilli and Chocolate: 5/10
Crispy Duck and Hoisin: 9/10
Fish and Chips: 2/10
Onion Bhaji: 6/10
The Builders Breaky, I reckoned I could taste the eggs and bacon which I liked. Could only taste the Chilli and not the Choc. The Duck reminded me most of the original product. And, despite my liking of Scampi Fries and Prawn Cocktail, the F&C’s almost made me gag! Smelt too much of actual fish, the ‘2/10’ is generous!
Just a light hearted discussion, I do realise there are greater issues out there going on 🙂

Mud is actually OK.
I make my own crisps. Deep fry the potato peelings for about 25 seconds (Oil has to be at the temperature of the Sun!). Add salt. Sorted.

To be honest, I’d rather eat mud than any of those flavours. Give me a pack of Salt & Vinegar and that suits me, and I’m sure a lot of people, fine.

The squirrel is lovely! so is the onion bahji! They get my vote, well they would if i wasnt too tight to go into these stupid phone in votes. (which is how they’re doing it, which is just another way of getting loads of money). Havnt tried the chilli yet though.
