New weapons ? ABL against mountaýn based shelters and meteors

ABL is a growing system against tactical and ballistic missiles.
It ýs based on a Boeýng jet and fýres laser to a missile 300 km away.( 300 km is todays info.) ABL is the key of US NMD project.

Later ( but not too later )ABL can be used against hardened shelters under mountaýns.Technology can be beat nature and cracks the rock supportad shelters and then new generatýon deep ýmpact cruýse missiles will shoot the target.

But ABLs power systems are too big tday and need to be replaced with smaller ones.I thýnk after 2010 ýt can be used against meteors comýng to earth and saving us from a lethal impact.
After 2010 airborne lasers can be carrýed on ligther aircrafts
as V-22 and CH-47F, after 2020 JSF can carry laser pods for pin
point shots.

Does Russia ,Japan and EU has projects like that?These kinds of
R&Ds are too expensive.
