“Continuing problems with the lack of a water supply from the Newark Showground – today it is totally off with no water to our site – so we have had to CLOSE for the day!

It was good to chat yesterday and we now have to ponder how best to proceed in the future; let’s hope that in-person aviation trading can continue in these challenging times.

Thanks as always to Newark Air Museum for providing this now quite rare opportunity for “face to face” trading.  Quite a few bits off to new pastures and projects.  Here’s to 2023’s events!

Fingers crossed for a good day weather wise – a couple of showers parted this afternoon as they approached the museum and all that fell was a light shower; whilst either side of NAM it seemed to throw it down!

“On Saturday 10th September our Aeroboot stall will be selling some donated Shackleton items (inc. rare MR.3 control column top) & the Shop will have a few rare pre-owned Shackleton books on sale! Funds will go towards our Shackleton WR977 Repair project.
