in my mind, 8 were ordered.
tai an kou carried the numbers 4 and 5 of the deal.
the 6 and 7 were received by chinese in arkhangelsk at the end of december, the last one will be delivered the spring.
but i dont know where are the 6 and 7.
russian press said at the end of january that the ship has arrived, but they don’t told his name.
is he still there, is he underway, is he arrived????
No idea, there are conflicting reports about the last one, some said it’s delivered, others said no. And China never confirms or denies on these news items, so I guess only Russia could answer this question.

I don’t remember the exact details, but at least 7 Kilos (if not all 8) had been delivered to china already. If you browse through the chinese navy thread, you should see some pictures.
The ship that carried the 2 subs is called TaiAn Kou, a semi sub-merge ship, if my memory serves me right. It’s pretty big, I saw one picture and wondered it should be able to tightly carry 4 kilos on its back.
