Well it has taken time, but Bush and Blair announced last night that all the Tech transfer and Sovereignty problems with the F-35 have been solved and that the project can now proceed.

I guess this now leaves only any technical risks to the project to be addressed and for the Brits to decide finally what they are going to buy. You will notice that they quote about $100m per aircraft in the text 😮
Then maybe they can finally start cutting metal next year for the new carriers…………….
