So which ones would we like to buy, if any?
The contenders are:
xbox 360
Playstation 3
Nintendo Wii (formerly revolution)
The Xbox 360 currently retails for around $199 for the most basic system.
The PS3 weighs in at a hefty $499, €394 each. (starting price)
Personally, I would opt for the xbox360 on the grounds of cost, exclusive games and so that i can play my original xbox games.

PS3 in a year or so, when the ‘as usually’ over inflated prices come down!!!!!
Ditto – plus, on the PS3, there’s even more reverse-compatibility with the old PSOne system, or so I’m led to believe.
I like the old XBox, despite its huge size etc, because the graphics are ace and the controls are a bit simpler to use on certain games, but I prefer the PS systems.
My personal choice! 😉
