I live by the Malvern Hills. Just stood in my garden enjoying the sunshine when I heard the unmistakable sound of four Merlin engines. Looked up and low (literally) and behold, the Lancaster flies right over. Looked very smart and what a nice surprise.

I was at Hulavington yesterday as well seeing PA474.
Looking fantastic and already showing some nice exhaust stains on the upper wings giving her (if it was already necessary) some character.
Was surprised just how many flypasts we got from her.

I saw those three at Hulavington at the GVFWE today..
And the Lanc made some flybys yesterday.. 😀

Enroute to Hurn according to their website.
I’ve just been buzzed by half a squadron of, well three, Taylorcraft Twosomes out of Leicester in formation. I never realised how three Conti A65s could make such a distinctive noise.
