Towards the end they have a shot with three simultaineous launches but I don’t know if they’d be S-300Vs or the two-stage “small missile” of the S-400. Anyway more info or corrections on what we’re seeing in this video would be appreciated.

they track countries by IP Addr. perhaps their network of cache servers (akamai types) around the world arent setup for efficient hi-bandwidth transfer of video into some geographies. at home my IP addr is in India so I get same message, at work I get IP addrs allocated from a US pool and it works fine. even when using VPN from home 😀

That happens to me sometimes with google video. Still can’t figure out why. maybe you should write them an email – perhaps they can help.

Those looked like S-300V launchers, and that definitely looked like an S-300V launch. Also, the 9M96 missile used by the S-400 (the “small one”) is not two stage as far as I know; there are two models with different ranges.
