Hi all
A trip down the A1 to Spalding yesterday, as i was bouncing along i spotted the below 744 doing circuits and bumps from somewhere?? (no idea what airfield, it is near the A1 on the left as you head south a few miles north of the A1/A17 junction:
(poor quality, apologies, blown up a bit and shot through the van windows)
No idea whose this is…anyone??
After a wasted trip to London, headed north and took a wee visit into Birmingham after dark:
Then a visit to Aberdeen tonight to collect helicopter bits from CHC to go to Blackpool, had a couple of hours wait, shot a fair few (no tripod) only 1 nearly decent shot in utterly minging weather:
They really need to invest in some decent ramp lighting at ABZ 😀

Got the train so had no excuse really 😀
We climbed up the bank which gives an excellent view of the runway, quite up high. They weren’t impressed, sent someone round and we were told been watched closely on camera 😮 Oh well, went to sheldon instead as they changed to 15 today 🙂
Lol car park charges are ridiculous though, how they get so many cars there I don’t know. 😮

Monkey, the shots were taken from the old terminal, next to FlyBe hangar and where the biz stuff gets parked.
