I was at the Goodwood Revival at the weekend for the first time in a very long time.
And one of the big draws I remember was the Air Displays that used to take part during the day,
However it appears in this time of stricter and stricter rules in place after the Shoreham accident.
That Goodwood has also suffered and has now stopped aircraft from flying over the airfield during the weekend.
Apart from a quick display in the morning before the whole track is open so no people near the further parts of the track.
Apart from taking something that was great about an awesome event.
I have to call into question the rule on this as Helicopters were still permitted to take off and land over the crowd all day. As well as some departing and arriving aircraft.

Friend of mine arrived & left in an R44, told him friends don’t let friends fly Robinsons.
