India rules out Israeli Greenpine radar for its Prithvi missile
Indian Defense Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday ruled out any move to convert the short range surface-to-surface Prithvi missile into an anti-missile or a nuclear shield.

When was there any talk of making prithvi a SAM? I dont recall any such development. and if there was no SAM Prithvi version then why did we need greenpine. The question now arises, who asked parnab this question?
I am sure whole of the armed forces and DRDO will be laughing their guts out tonight.
