No Smileys and No way to upload video directly.

Hi All,

 I just wondered what happened to the smileys ?  they are missing again,  Also what happened to the video download icon ?   Being an old fart and not owning a mobile (As I suspect most others do these days!), I use my PC to access this site forum and the web in general as a whole.

My problem is I can only copy and paste any video via an external URL address,  Forumites have to then go to this address and view the video,  rather than being able to view directly in the forum thread post itself. 

Before there was an Icon available to in the task bar above to allow forumites to insert video Url directly alongside the image task icon.  What has happened to this vital IMPO task icon and is there any way we can have this service returned at all ? Do I need to contact the forum mods ?
