Non-motorised Treadmills

Hi Folks,

Just wondered if anyone has any first hand (foot?) knowledge of using non-motorised treadmills?

Due to an impending house move, and not wanting to put my trusty old motorised treadmill through another 400 mile journey we decided to sell it! (I cried! 🙁 )

I’m wondering if a non-motorised one would tide me over, or whether any of you have used one and would advise against it.

I’ve had a look around on the internet and the opinion seems to be “No!” but if anyone could shed any light it would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I’ve got one.

It’s pretty good. You can’t run freely though…

You have to grip the handles and then run otherwise you’d slip over.
